It is in the heart of his native island that Alexander built this unique winery in the Indian Ocean and took up a crazy challenge that had been close to his heart for years: to produce a quality wine, 100% Mauritian, from a local fruit.
A challenge won because today 5 different vintages offer a wide range of aromas, colours and palate contents, including 3 that the visitor will discover during the tasting that follows the proposed guided tour.
